I have developed a distinctive painting practice in which space, light and intuition come together. Areas of unpainted canvas intensify the light, while a vivid palette and direct, decisive brushwork give the work a Fauvist sensibility.

Drawing on my background in architecture, I create quiet, dreamlike images that balance between abstraction and figuration. Reality and imagination flow into one another, inviting the viewer to enter a different reality.

Working with oil paint, acrylic and pigmented ink, I draw on everyday observations and personal emotions to create a timeless, poetic experience.
